Quarterly Practitioner's Meeting - October 15, 2015

I am excited to be invited back to Judge Kathleen M. Rodenberg's Courtroom in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Clermont County, Ohio, for her quarterly Practitioner's Meeting this Thursday, October 15th. 

I had the honor of talking with the local Clermont bar at Judge Rodenberg's January 2015 Practitioner's Meeting, and was met with surprising warmth and open eyes (surprising warmth, because it was 4 degrees that morning, and open eyes because - come on -  I was QDRO-talkin' at 8:30 am!).

On the agenda (PDF) at this meeting is "The Power of QDROs Under Ohio Law", featuring my favorite topic... spotting and solving QDRO issues pre-decree.  Just like your mother told you (or maybe it was me, in one of your nightmares), "It isn't a pitfall if you discover it pre-decree."
