While growing up in the Commonwealth of Kentucky's capital city, Eileen knew at an early age she wanted to be an attorney. Prior to attending college she was fortunate enough to participate in the Kentucky Legislative Page Program for an entire legislative session, igniting her passion for service and community. From there, while attending the University of Kentucky, Eileen devoted many volunteer hours at various local social welfare organizations, including four years with the Lexington Spouse Abuse Shelter.  For her dedication, Eileen earned the prestigious United Way Pillar of the Community Award.

Eileen received her undergraduate degree in the fields of Sociology and Political Science at the University of Kentucky and graduated with honors from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2004.

Prior to starting her solo practice concentrating on QDRO services, Eileen was a civil practitioner focusing on complex litigation cases invoking federal consumer protection laws, with a successful history of providing representation for low-income individuals at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass.

Eileen is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio, her office is located in Newport, Kentucky, and she resides in Downtown Cincinnati.
